Thank You Cards for Operation Write Home

Operation Write Home is looking for Thank You cards. Here is their Midweek Throwdown Challenge. We’re challenging you to make Thank You Cards for our heroes to send home to their family and friends!  Operation Write Home seeks donations of handmade cards so they can send them to heroes overseas to send back to their families.  This is a wonderful way to support overseas heroes and their families to let them know we appreciate the sacrifices they are making for our country.

A couple of weeks ago, my sister-law, Robin, and I made over 100 cards for OWH. I'm looking forward to making more this weekend!  Here are the details on how to make the Thank You card with the Bitty Butterfly.

To give you some ideas for joining in this OWH Midweek Throwdown challenge, here are two other Thank You cards that I received in past demonstrator swaps. This card, made by Janet Holmes,  uses Stampin' Up!'s Top Note Bigz Die (113463  $21.95) and Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper (125409 on sale for $8.21).

This Thank You card, made by Denise Ward, uses the Mixed Bunch stamp set (125537  $21.95), Blossom punch  (125603  $16.95) and Patio Party Designer Series Paper (126916 on sale for $8.21).

Visit my online store to get your supplies for this project.  Remember that when you purchase $25 or more in product, you are eligible for my Rewards Program.

Creatively yours,

All three great cards and wonderful additions for our heroes. I have to admit, though, that your first card is the one that hits my heart. I love the soft gentle feel of it. It's just gorgeous.

They're all wonderful! I love the beauty of the first, and, like Cissy, really like the happy colors in the second and third!

Your two bottom cards are very pretty colors and fun cards...but the Thank You card is beautiful - simple and lovely!
