Stampin' Up! 3D Christmas Party Favors with Free Mini Coffee Cup Template

My Stampin' Up! demonstrator group swapped 3D Party Favors at our last meeting.  It was like having an early Christmas. Teresa Goff made this mini Christmas coffee cup filled with candy.  Fortunately for several of us, she had bought extra mini espresso cups and sold them to us.

I decided to make this fall version as a gift for a friend.  You'll be seeing more of these mini espresso cups.  You can buy them at webstaurant.comThe hardest thing about decorating these cups is making the template for the paper to wrap around the cup.  You can get a copy of the template I made for free.  Post one of these cups on Pinterest and email me the link.  I'll send you a copy of the template.

Cindy Peterson made this wonderful snowman tealight.  The eyes and mouth are made with Stampin' Up!'s basic pearls.  To paint them black, she spray painted an entire sheet of pearls.

This candy jar was decorated by Melody Smith.  The jar is filled with candy kisses.  I love how the silver theme is carried throughout the project even down to the candy.

Stampin' Up!'s Festive Flurry Ornament Kit

Stampin' Up! is offering this Festive Flurry Ornament kit that is GORGEOUS! I love the extra bling that comes from using the Silver Glimmer Paper and large rhinestones.

The kit includes everything you need (minus adhesive) to create 10 snowflakes, including
* 10 feet of Soft Sky Ribbon
* Printed cardstock - die cut and scored, ready to be assembled (Soft Sky, Crumb Cake, Whisper White Cardstock and Silver Glimmer Paper)
* Large Rhinestone Basic Jewels (40)

One of Stampin' Up!'s designers made this beautiful garland with the snowflakes.  I like the idea that these snowflake projects can be used after Christmas too.

While the kit has everything you need for the 10 snowflakes, here are some of the other supplies that were used to make the gift bag, box and garland.

Frameable Happiness Quote

I made this frameable quote using Stampin' Up!'s My Digital Studio. While I have been collecting quotes for many years, this is the first time I have designed one digitally.  It's something I plan to continue doing.  :)

If you follow my Pinterest boards, you know that I recently created one for my favorite quotes.   It has been fun finding quotes that are meaningful to me.  Today I couldn't find one with an image that fit my mood.  After seeing this quote, I decided it was time to make it frameable myself.

When I was teaching a class yesterday, the subject came up of how some people, while facing some of the most difficult circumstances, still rise above it.  They continue to show their loving nature even while facing difficult, life-changing events. That discussion inspired me to make this frameable quote.

My Digital Studio is a intuitive program, especially if you have used Word and its picture tools.  If you would like to try it, there is a free 30-day trial version.

Things to Make Using Weekly Deal Sale Items

Stampin' Up!'s weekly deal is a great way to get what you have always wanted to make some fun projects without breaking the bank.  Here is this week's list.  These prices are only good through November 4th.

Here is the tutorial for the candy kiss card.  At the Scrapbook Expo in Grapevine earlier this year, over 200 crafters came to our booth to make this quick and easy card!  p.s.  We'll be back in Grapevine in 2014.

This birthday card is a wonderful way to use up scraps!

You can make this Easter basket and egg-shaped card using the oval framelits.

The back of this Circle Swing card uses the 7/8" scallop circle punch.  And notice how the little pumpkin is made?  It's 3 ovals.  You can make pumpkins of all different sizes using the oval framelits.

It was fun sharing projects that I have made using items from the current weekly deals. Shop my online store to get your supplies for these projects this week before the sale ends.  Remember that when you purchase $25 or more in product, you are eligible for my Rewards Program.

Envelope Liner Purse with Free Tutorial

I used Stampin' Up!'s Gift Bow Die, Envelope Liner Framelits and Holiday Ornaments Framelits to make this little purse.  Using the right tools makes the project pretty quick and easy.  My stamp club members were able to make this project in about 15-20 minutes.  And that's mostly because they had to wait to stamp and punch the Merry Christmas.

The envelope liner framelits are normally $26.95, but for today (October 24) only, they are on sale for $20.21.

If you would like a free tutorial on how to make this purse using the Envelope Liner Framelits, you can pin the purse on your Pinterest board.  Then email me with your Pinterest link and I'll send you the tutorial.  Or make a purchase through my online store and email me that you would like the free tutorial.
