This is the second card that Joni made for our card swap. This is another designer paper from the Sweet Pea collection. Spring Song is a stamp set that you can purchase or get for free during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order. The Happy Easter greeting is from Well Scripted. I love that font and all of its flourishes.

Judi Martin made this card with the Sending Love Specialty paper in the Occasions mini. I love the glitter in this design. The Rich Razzleberry flower and mat look wonderful against the Certainly Celery background. She used one of my favorite stamps sets, Vintage Vogue, and the coordinating jumbo wheel.

Marilyn made this Flower Pot card. When you pull the flowers up, you can see the sentiment. She die cut the flowers with the Flower Layers with Leaf Die and the leaves with the Little Leaves Sizzlit. I love the colors that she used. The Soft Suede really makes the flowers pop.

This card was made by Cindy Peterson. She used the Inspired By Nature stamp set for the grass. The butterfly was made with the Beautiful Wings embosslit. The bling on the butterfly comes from our Eggcellent Eggs kit. The scallop trim border is one of the free Sale-A-Bration items that you can earn when you place an order for $50 before the end of March. The designer paper is the Sweet Pea paper in the Occasions mini catalog. You'll see more paper from that collection in other cards that I'll be posting later this week.

At our February demonstrator meeting, we swapped Easter and spring cards. I'll be sharing the cards I received over the next several days. I'm blessed to be part of a talented group of demonstrators.

This is the card that Joni made using the Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set. She embossed the rose on whisper white cardstock and then sponged on Pumpkin Pie and Rose Red. The Happy Easter sentiment comes from the Well Scripted stamp set.

Simply Adorned Charms & Chains

I have received so many compliments on my Simply Adorned jewelry. This is one of the easiest and fastest ways to make customized jewelry.

Simply Adorned charms are like lockets—they open up so you can insert your custom stamped image. The magnetized closures make it easy to change out the images. There’s tempered glass on both sides of the charm, so you can display an image on one side or both. Going Green

When I took a class this fall from Tim Holtz, he talked about how he used blister packs to create some of his projects. Blister packs are the pre-formed, hard plastic cases that many of our items are packaged in today.

When my Stampin’ Up! clear mount blocks arrived, I noticed that the blister packs they came in were perfect for holding small treats.


This is how the clear mount blocks are packaged.


Once you open the package to get your clear mount block, save the instruction booklet to use as the template for your background. This is a great way to use up some of your scraps to decorate the blister pack. For this project, I used the following items.
